Erica Beckerman Szymanski holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art History from the University of Pittsburgh. With extensive experience in neurophysiology, Erica has served as a Surgical Neurophysiologist at SpecialtyCare since April 2015, focusing on monitoring the integrity of the Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems during at-risk surgeries. Prior to this role, Erica was a Clinical Manager and Surgical Neurophysiologist at PhysIOM/ProNerve from May 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing neurophysiological monitoring in Southern Florida. Erica's career in neurophysiology began as a technologist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center from May 2005 to May 2009, along with earlier experience as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2003 to 2005.
