Chuck Adam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and customer support within the retail and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Quoting Specialist at Specialty Resources, Inc. since August 2021, Chuck ensures competitive pricing and quality product sourcing. Previously, Chuck held the role of Global Retail Products Applications Engineer at MEI CONLUX Inc. since February 1996, interfacing with OEM and customer engineering teams for successful product integration. Between January 2017 and August 2021, Chuck worked as a Field Engineering Supervisor at Crane Payment Innovations, leading a team of Field Application Engineers across North and South America. Chuck’s earlier roles include Global Retail Products Applications Engineer at CPI and Field Engineer at Agissar, following a significant service period as a Sonar Electronics Technician First Class in the US Navy from January 1976 to June 1985.
