Michael Guirguis is currently the Lead Bilingual Patient Care Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network. In this role, he collaborates with various team members to address patient and physician concerns, analyze program performance, and support data governance issues. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Pharmacy Jean-Coutu, a Medical Representative at Sanofi - Aventis, and a Research Executive at Nagi Research. He holds a B.Sc in Pharmacy from Misr International University and continues his education through the council for continuing pharmaceutical education.
