Freddy Beadon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and learning & development, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Specialized Group since August 2018, after previously working as a Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, Freddy held the position of Training Manager at Hampton in Tokyo and was an Instructor at Shane English School Japan. Freddy also has experience as an Account Manager at the Copyright Licensing Agency and as a Sales Associate at GDS Group, focusing on publishing sales in the pharmaceutical industry. Academically, Freddy holds a Bachelor's degree in Illustration from Arts University Bournemouth and a Foundation degree in Design and Applied Arts from Falmouth University, complemented by qualifications from Queens College Taunton.
