Stephen Basden Jr. is an experienced professional with a strong background in inclusive programming, brand management, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Inclusive City Initiatives at Special Olympics Massachusetts since January 2023, Stephen focuses on developing accessible sports and social programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, particularly in Boston and neighboring communities. As a Co-Founder of Metafold since June 2020, Stephen works to drive change in Black and Brown communities through meaningful dialogue and resource acquisition. Prior experience includes various roles at ISlide, Inc. where responsibilities ranged from brand management and partnerships to social media oversight. Stephen's early career included internships in marketing and sales, along with coaching experience at the Bob Hurley Basketball Camp. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Endicott College.
