The Leadership Team at Special Olympics Illinois is responsible for strategic direction and overall management of the organization. This team, comprised of the President & CEO, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Financial & Diversity Officer, focuses on fostering growth, ensuring financial sustainability, and promoting inclusivity, while advancing the mission to provide year-round sports training and competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. They drive initiatives that enhance community engagement, advocate for athlete support, and cultivate partnerships to expand the organization's impact.
