Kathleen Hayward is a highly experienced professional in the field of nutrition and metabolic bariatric surgery. Currently serving as the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Program Coordinator at Speare Memorial Hospital since November 2022, Kathleen previously held the same role at Concord Hospital Health System from August 2016 to July 2022. During this time, Kathleen oversaw significant program growth, managed billing and budgets, and directed quality improvement projects. Kathleen's earlier experience includes roles as a Bariatric Dietitian and Community Nutrition Educator at LRGHealthcare, where responsibilities encompassed developing nutritional programs, conducting behavior modification classes, and providing one-on-one counseling. Kathleen's career also includes positions as a Contracted Dietitian at Belknap County Nursing Home, a Clinical Dietitian at Concord Hospital Health System, and a Nutritionist for the Community Action Program - WIC/CSF. Kathleen Hayward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
