Bert Lightle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in electronics, brewing, animal control, and fitness training. Currently serving as Electronics Lead at Spear Power Systems since October 2022, Bert has previously worked as a Brewer at Fringe Beerworks and as Program Director at Premier Martial Arts of Lee’s Summit. Earlier roles include Distiller at J. Rieger & Co. and Head Brewer at Smoke Brewing Company. Bert's management experience extends to overseeing admissions and animal control at Great Plains SPCA and running HammerFist Mixed Martial Arts, where responsibilities included training, marketing, and operational management. Bert is a veteran of the US Army/Missouri Army National Guard, with a significant history in communications and personnel management. Bert holds an Advanced Brewing Theory Certification from the Siebel Institute of Technology.
