Matteo Arcudi began their work experience in 2011 as an intern at ISMB, where they conducted antenna measurements in an anechoic chamber and developed a Matlab program for data analysis. Matteo continued their internship at ISMB in 2013, focusing on the development of a fast and efficient near field technique for antenna integration and test/verification.
In 2014, Matteo joined Johnson Electric as an EMI Engineer, where they were a member of the EMC Laboratory team and responsible for testing cooling fan modules and other components in the automotive environment. Matteo also contributed to the development of new test procedures, creation of EMC test plans with customers, and analysis of customer and ISO specifications.
Matteo took on various supervisory roles at Johnson Electric, including EMI Engineer Supervisor from August 2016 to January 2017, NVH EMI Engineer Supervisor from February 2017 to September 2018, and Design Validation Labs Supervisor from October 2018 to January 2019.
In 2019, Matteo joined Varroc Lighting Systems as a Program Manager - Special Projects. During their time there, they managed special projects and played a key role in program management.
Most recently, Matteo joined SPEA in July 2020 as a Customer Manager, where they are currently responsible for managing customer relationships.
Matteo Arcudi completed their education in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Matteo obtained their Bachelor's degree from 2007 to 2011, and then pursued a Master's degree from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their academic degrees, Matteo also obtained certifications in English, including the FCE - First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in 2006 and the PET - Preliminary English Test from the same institution in 2004.
