Mercy Grace Browder has a diverse work experience in data analytics and management. Mercy Grace currently holds the position of Director of Analytics at SPB Hospitality since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Analytics at Krystal Restaurants LLC from January 2023 to June 2023. Mercy Grace also served as the Data Analytics Manager at Focus Brands LLC, where they were responsible for reporting on key performance metrics and conducting marketing testing. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Digital & Off-Premise, Schlotzsky’s, and Marketing Analyst at the same company. Additionally, they have experience as a Center Director at Peach State Tutoring & Test Prep, an Educational Coach In-Training at GeoFORCE Texas, and a Data Management Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin - Institute of Geophysics. Mercy Grace has also worked as a Mathematics Science Tutor at Fort Valley State University and an Undergraduate Researcher at Penn State University - Africa Array and Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC).

Mercy Grace Browder received their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Fort Valley State University from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022. Mercy Grace also acquired Punchh Platform Certification from Punchh in 2021.
