Keven Petersen possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant technology and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Restaurant Applications at SPB Hospitality since June 2020, Keven oversees POS help desk operations and is responsible for POS menu concepts across over 230 restaurants. Prior to this role, Keven held the position of Senior Manager of Restaurant Technology at CraftWorks Holdings Group from July 2002 to June 2020, managing similar technologies. Keven's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Hospitality at CRS Inc, a company specializing in Point of Sale touch screen technology, and as General Manager at Nashville Union Stockyard Restaurant, where Keven achieved consistent sales growth while maintaining cost efficiencies. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Culinary and Management from Chippewa Valley Community College.
