Steven Winder is an Embedded System Engineer at Sparx Engineering since January 2023 and previously served as an Embedded Systems Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Tyler. Winder has extensive experience in engineering roles, including positions as a Linear Circuits Lab Assistant at Houston Community College and an Engineering Intern at Fruition Technology Labs. Winder's background includes significant tenure at Halliburton, progressing from Logging Geologist Intern to M/LWD Field Engineer II over several years. Winder holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler and has an Associate of Science in Engineering Studies from Houston Community College. Additionally, Winder earned a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
