Roland Braun possesses extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Program Management at Spartanburg Steel Products since July 2012. Previously, Roland held similar leadership roles at Magna Steyr from March 2011 to June 2012 and at Magna Car Top Systems from April 2000 to March 2011 as a Senior Program Manager. Roland's career began at Porsche, where significant contributions were made as an Engineering Group Lead from June 1981 to May 1990, followed by a role as Program Manager at Porsche Engineering Services from June 1990 to March 2000.
