Sean Swanson is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Spartan Surfaces, where they oversee mergers and acquisitions and direct internal operations to enhance productivity. Prior to this role, Swanson served as Vice President of Strategy & Growth at Spartan Surfaces from 2020 to 2025, focusing on innovative flooring designs and fostering long-standing relationships. Swanson also held the position of President at Kahrs International from 2012 to 2020 and briefly from 2007 to 2009. They earned an MBA in Business and Marketing from UCF College of Business and hold a BS in Physiology and a bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
