Luis Santiago is an experienced professional in the field of environment, health, and safety, currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Spartan Chemical Company since July 2021. Prior to this role, Luis held the position of Fire Chief at the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department from May 1984 until retirement in August 2018. Luis's educational background includes studies at St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, OH, and ongoing education at Defiance College, along with training at the National Fire Academy.
