Yolanda Newton is a seasoned professional in instructional design, currently serving as Manager of Instructional Design at Sparta Systems, Inc. since December 2012. Prior to this role, Yolanda held the position of Supervisor of Analytical Services at GPSG. With extensive experience at Sparta Systems, Yolanda also worked there as Instructional Design Manager from November 2012 onwards. Yolanda holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grambling State University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
