Leann Dittman is Vice President of Customer Operations for Cable ONE. She is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for call center, field and billing operations.
Before joining Cable ONE, Dittman served as Senior Director of Customer Experience for Comcast. Prior to that position, she spent 11 years at CenturyLink where she was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Director Customer Financial Services, Manager of Billing Services and Project Manager.
Dittman holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the University of Denver.
