Randi Conner Drake is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic marketing with extensive experience in leading teams and managing integrated campaigns. Currently serving as SVP Customer Success at SparkFire since September 2024, Randi previously held senior leadership roles at Sideqik (acquired by Engine Media) and Engine Media, overseeing customer success initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President of Sports and Entertainment at Momentum Worldwide, where Randi managed multi-million dollar sponsorship deals, and Group Director at Havas Sports & Entertainment, focusing on program strategies for global campaigns. Randi's career also includes significant contributions at ignition inc. as a Senior Account Manager and Brand Manager, as well as a foundational role at the University of Georgia Foundation. Randi earned an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from The University of Georgia.
