Michael Lombardi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael has recently been working at Sparkbox.ai as the Head of Operations and Head of Customer Success since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Thought Provoking Consulting (TPC) as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from June 2016 to December 2020. Michael also served as a Planning Manager at Sears Canada from April 2015 to May 2016. Before joining Sears, they worked at Target in roles such as Merchandising Project Lead, Senior Merchandise Planning Business Analyst, and Merchandise Planning Business Analyst from May 2012 to February 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as an Imports and Logistics Analyst at Le Château from September 2010 to April 2011, and as a Customer Service Lead at American Eagle Outfitters from May 2007 to August 2010, where they were responsible for training new employees, conducting safety audits, and managing the sales floor.
Michael Lombardi attended Dawson College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a DEC in Commerce. From 2009 to 2012, they furthered their education at Concordia University, earning a BCOMM degree in International Business and Finance. Additionally, in January 2018, Michael obtained a CSPO certification from Scrum Alliance.
