Volker Borrass has extensive experience in communications, primarily within the financial sector. Since March 2004, Borrass has served as Referent Kundenkommunikation at Sparkasse KölnBonn, managing customer communication for corporate clients and serving as the editor for newsletters such as "Heilberufe" and "Wertpapiere." Borrass has also led social media communication efforts and campaign management for the online magazine meinkoelnbonn.de.
