Tonia D. Thompson, MBA, MSW, currently serves as the Regional Director at Spark Pediatrics, overseeing the operations of PPECs across Northern and Central Florida with P&L responsibility exceeding $10 million. Thompson has a robust background in healthcare operations, previously holding positions as a Multi-Unit Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita Kidney Care, and as a Regional Lead Social Worker, where guidance was provided to patients and families. Earlier experience includes roles as a Social Worker at TrustPoint Hospital, an Intensive In-Home Therapist at Centerstone, and a Clinical Health Partner at MissionPoint Health Partners.
