Tina Leonard is an experienced professional in service delivery and design, currently serving as Service Design Lead and Delivery Manager at Spark New Zealand since June 2019. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Service Delivery Manager at 2degrees NZ Ltd for a brief period in 2018. Tina's career includes significant experience at Spark Digital NZ as a Delivery Manager and at Xero as Billing Support Manager. Additionally, Tina spent over five years at Gen-i in various roles, including Service Delivery Manager and Senior Operations Specialist, specializing in Service Asset & Configuration Management ITIL processes for government client accounts. Tina began their career as a Finance Officer at The Dominion Post, where responsibilities included managing daily bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
