Jack Brown is currently the First Response Delivery Lead at Spark New Zealand. Prior to this role, Jack held various positions at CCL, including Head of Managed Services, National Client Delivery Lead, Service Specialist - Client Delivery, and Technical Analyst. Before CCL, Jack worked at Enghouse Interactive as a Senior Escalation Engineer and Technical Support Specialist. Jack's responsibilities include responding to Technical Support requests via telephone and email from Resellers and customers, triaging and assessing in a timely manner, and planning proactive investigations of faults through to resolution.
