Wassim Beaineh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international cooperation and development, currently serving as the Manager of International Cooperation, MENA, at Wageningen University & Research since February 2020. In this role, Wassim develops strategic plans and advises leadership on regional developments. Additionally, Wassim holds positions as a Supervisory Board Member at Stichting SPARK and Co-Chair of the Advisory Panel for the Robert Carr Fund for civil society networks, focusing on empowering underserved populations. Prior roles include Partnerships and Portfolio Coordinator at Rode Kruis Nederland, Country Director at Hilfswerk International in Tunisia, and Country Coordinator for MADA® in South Sudan. Wassim earned an MBA from the University of Leicester and a BE in Computer and Communications Engineering from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
