In 2016, they worked as a Ban the Bottle Campaign Intern for McGill Office of Sustainability, President & Co-Founder of PhotoFund, and Vision 2020 Intern for McGill Office of Sustainability. In 2017, they worked as a Policy Research Intern for the Canadian Wildlife Federation. In 2018, they worked as a Social Impact Researcher and Social Impact Summer Associate for Credo. In 2019, they worked as a Social Impact Analyst for Advantage Capital Strategies. In 2020, they worked as a Fellow for the HSBC Social Innovation Academy and Founder of Bag of Toronto. In 2021, they worked as an Associate Product Manager, Localhood for CrowdRiff. In 2022, they are currently working as a Product Operations Manager for Spare.
Nick Milum obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in First Class Honours from McGill University between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they received a certification in Business Strategies for Social Impact from Coursera. Additionally, they obtained a Paddle Canada Level 2 certification from Paddle Canada\u23aaPagaie Canada in 2014.
