Pedro GarcÃa-Gómez, PhD, is a seasoned researcher specializing in Molecular Oncology, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre since October 2017. With a strong background in brain metastasis research under Manuel Valiente's laboratory, Pedro's previous experience includes roles as a Predoctoral Researcher in the same lab and a Research Assistant at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. Pedro also contributed to the development of molecular biosensors while collaborating with Uppsala University and co-organized the EIT Alumni StartUp Days, enhancing entrepreneurial initiatives in health and technology. Educational credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biosciences from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's in Molecular Medicine from Uppsala University, alongside a Bachelor's in Biotechnology from Universitat Politècnica de València.
