William Qiu has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as General Manager at Spang Power Electronics Xiamen Ltd since July 2020. Prior to this role, William held the position of Manufacturing Operation Manager at Schneider Electric Information Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd for six years, driving improvements in productivity and quality while leading cross-functional teams. William's background also includes serving as Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Manager at ABB High Voltage Switchgear (Xiamen) Co., Ltd and Kodak (Xiamen) Digital Image Company Limited, respectively, where skills in production scheduling, material planning, and team leadership were honed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Xiamen University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
