Ashwini Malusare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hardware and electronic design engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Span Pumps Private Limited since October 2018, Ashwini has previously held positions as an Electronic Design Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited and Whirlpool of India Ltd., as well as an Electronic Design Engineer at Control Automation & Consulting and MELCON. Ashwini began a career in electronic product design in July 2012 and possesses an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from PGMCOE, Pune, obtained in 2011. Educational background also includes junior college at R.R. Shinde Jr. College and high school from Rajendra Vidyalaya Khandala.
