Evan Baker, MSc, EP(CEA), has extensive experience in environmental consulting and regulatory practices, currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Acquisitions Committee at the Nature Trust of New Brunswick since October 2021. In a concurrent role as Assurance Practice Lead and Senior Consultant at SPAN Consulting, Evan Baker provides expertise in operational discipline and management systems for various clients, including major pipeline companies and regulatory bodies. Past roles include Principal at Biophysical Management Inc., Senior Project Manager at HZ Projects Inc., and Group Lead at Cenovus Energy, where comprehensive environmental and regulatory audit programs were developed. Additionally, Evan Baker has held senior consultant positions at Matrix Solutions and Arcadis, contributing significantly to environmental management and pipeline services. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Geography from the University of Calgary.
