Zahed Fedaie has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Global Information Technology Manager at Spafax since January 2017, after holding positions as IT Manager and Technology Coordinator. Prior to Spafax, Zahed worked at IBM United Kingdom Ltd from 2015 to December 2016 as a Desktop Support Engineer, and at WPP from March 2011 to February 2015 in the same role, focusing on technical support and service management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Helpdesk Technician at Samenwerkingsverband Regio Eindhoven from March 2007 to July 2010, providing 1st and 2nd line support. Zahed holds an ACMT certification from Amsys, obtained in September 2020, and an ICT Diploma from ROC Eindhoven, completed in 2011.
