Salahaldeen Zyowd is an experienced account manager currently working at Spafax since April 2024. Previously, Salahaldeen held various roles at Royal Jordanian from May 2013 to April 2024, including Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity Senior Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing IFE content quality and addressing discrepancies, and performing analytics on customer feedback to enhance service quality. Earlier roles included performance analysis in Customer Relations and supervisory responsibilities ensuring high levels of customer service. Prior to Royal Jordanian, Salahaldeen served as a Team Leader & Trainer at Extensya from May 2011 to May 2013, focusing on staff performance and training. Salahaldeen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering and a high school diploma in Information Technology, both obtained from Al-Hussein Bin Talal University.
