Rina M Montalvo, LL.M, GMS, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at X and as a Consultant for HR International Expansion at SpaceX. With a robust background in global mobility and immigration, Rina has previously held significant positions including Director HR Operations at Twitter (now X), Director of Talent Mobility at NYU School of Professional Studies, and Director of Global Mobility at News Corp, among others. Rina's expertise spans across talent management, HR compliance, and the development and implementation of global mobility policies. Rina has contributed to academia as a guest lecturer on topics such as Global Mobility and Immigration at prestigious institutions including Yale University and Harvard Business School. Academically, Rina holds an LL.M in International Law from The Open University, along with several executive management certifications from Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
