Paul Cason is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the automation and testing domain. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at SpaceX since August 2018, Paul previously held the position of Principal Software Automation Engineer at GE Appliances, where notable achievements included architecting a fully automated embedded software testing solution using TestStand and LabVIEW, significantly improving efficiency. Prior to GE Appliances, Paul worked at National Instruments as a Test Engineer and Applications Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing test projects, developing comprehensive test software solutions, and providing expert customer support on a range of National Instruments products. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, earned between 2001 and 2004.
