Kim Wright is an experienced engineer specializing in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Dragon 2 Integration and Test Engineer II and previously as a Propulsions Integration and Test Engineer at SpaceX, Kim has also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Aircraft Systems at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and held dual roles as a Mechanical Engineer and Test Engineer at Cymer. Educationally, Kim holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Additionally, during the time at UC San Diego, Kim was a student leader of the Near-Space Balloon Team and served as an Associate Engineer at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne.
