Paul Dowd has a diverse work history in the IT industry, starting as a Service Desk Analyst at Ernst & Young in 2011. Paul then moved on to roles such as Desk Side Support Analyst at IBM, Service Desk Analyst at Prudential Assurance, and Desktop Support Engineer at various companies including SCOTMID Ltd and Turner Group. Paul also worked as a Windows 7 Rollout Engineer at National Australia Group and Desktop Support Engineer at Fujitsu, Scott-Moncrieff, and Interactive Investor. From 2017 onwards, Paul held management positions at SpaceandPeople Plc, where they progressed from IT Manager to Head of IT, overseeing various IT projects and initiatives across the organization.
Paul Dowd obtained a Higher National Diploma in Information Media Technology from Glasgow College of Building & Printing in Glasgow, and later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of West of Scotland, completing it in 2011.
