Emily Carney is a seasoned professional in the fields of public engagement and media, currently serving as the Manager of Public Engagement and Social Media for the SPACE 3.0 Foundation since June 2023. With a diverse background, Emily has been an Ambassador, Director of Content, and Blogger for Celestis Memorial Spaceflights since September 2021, contributing guest and feature blogs. Additionally, Emily co-hosts a weekly podcast about spaceflight for Space and Things, is a contributor for Spacelog focusing on NASA missions, and has created and moderated a successful Facebook group for Space Hipsters. As the founder and writer for the blog This Space Available, along with roles in various media outlets such as Kittysneezes and Popshifter, Emily's expertise reflects a deep commitment to space and pop culture content.
