Julie de Boer - Belderbos is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 18 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment field. Since June 2017, Julie has been serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Spaarne Gasthuis, where responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to overseeing onboarding. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Antenna from January 2011 to May 2017, focusing on long-term matches between job seekers and clients, taking into account both resumes and personal qualities. Julie began the career as a Research Consultant at Backerstaete Executive Search between December 2005 and December 2010, where the focus was on identifying and contacting potential candidates for financial positions at the university level.
