Raymond Fontaine is a Systems Engineer IV at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Raymond has experience in project management, technical writing, and applying systems engineering tools to develop Risk Management Program Plans for the Navy Trident II Missile Program. Prior to this, Raymond worked at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer Asc, focusing on data analysis for the JSF F-35 Program. Raymond also served as an Engineering Technician at the United States Department of Defense, where Raymond managed shock tube testing on the Soldier Protection System. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
