Joe Limber

Joe Limber has extensive work experience in the defense and intelligence sectors. Joe is currently working at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Principal Analyst and Program Manager. In this role, they provide operational, technical, and analytic leadership to multiple efforts, including leading a team of analysts to develop and execute innovative quantitative exploitation studies for the USINDOPACOM. Joe is also the lead analyst and developer for a team assisting DARPA and the US Army in evaluating and understanding swarming UAV capabilities. Prior to this, Joe worked at the US Air Force, where they served as a Commander and led a team responsible for assessing adversary threats to US operations in the Air Domain. Joe also served as an Executive Officer and supported the AF/A2 in various interactions with senior government officials. Additionally, they held the position of Battlespace Awareness Division Chief, where they represented the Air Force in the JCIDS review process. Joe has previous work experience in AF Acquisitions and Intelligence Career Fields and has certifications in Program Management and Test and Evaluation. During that time, they were responsible for overseeing multi-national test programs and delivering advanced instrumentation capabilities.

Joe Limber's education history includes several degrees and courses. Joe first attended Cornell University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied and Engineering Physics. In 1994, they went to the Intelligence Officer School, completing courses such as the Intelligence Officer Fundamentals Course and the Intelligence Applications Officer Course.

From 1997 to 1997, they attended the US Air Force Weapons School, earning the IWIC Patch and focusing on Air Warfare. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Computer Resources and Information Technology at Webster University. Finally, in 2003 and 2004, they attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Strategic Studies.
