Don Conklin, PMP, currently serves as Capability Requirements Manager and NATO Capability Requirements Senior Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since August 2020, focusing on C4ISR systems and enhancing the Requirements Generation process to meet warfighter needs. Previous experience includes roles such as F-22 Requirements Analyst at Decypher, Senior Analyst at Global Planning Initiatives, Program Manager at WR Systems, Director at ACADEMI, LLC for the Office of the Secretary of Defense Counter Narco-Terrorism Technology Program Office, and Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Conklin also held the position of Program Manager at Raytheon BBN Technologies, managing DARPA and Intelligence Community programs, and served as Commander in the US Navy with significant responsibilities at the US Atlantic Command Operations Directorate.
