Brenden Bice has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brenden started their career in 2009 as a Weapons Director in the United States Air Force, where they were responsible for maintaining and controlling airborne combat assets. In 2009, they also worked as a Data Link Technician and Analyst, troubleshooting connection errors and maintaining a combat picture to provide rapid response and early warning to ground troops.
In 2014, Brenden transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Customer Support Representative at Support.com, where they resolved technical issues with Comcast's Xfinity Home security systems. Brenden demonstrated strong organization and customer service skills in this role.
Moving forward, Brenden joined Optika Display in 2016 as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects. In 2017, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, providing technical support to internal users.
Continuing their career progression, Brenden joined STRATACACHE in 2015 as a Foreign Account Manager, and later joined MCR, LLC as a Senior Application Systems Analyst in 2017. In both roles, they utilized their expertise in the respective fields.
Currently, Brenden is employed at Diné Development Corporation as a Security Architect and Technical SME.
Brenden Bice's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they attended Ohio University and earned a Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on English Composition. In 2013, Brenden also obtained a Weapons Director Certification from the USAF Weapons Director program, specializing in Combat Air Traffic Control. In the following year, they obtained an ICT Certification from the USAF Interface Control and Warning School, specializing in Combat systems networking. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Classified Material Training and Communications Security from the United States Air Force in 2015, Advanced First Aid (to include AED) from the United States Air Force in 2014, Joint Range Extension Application Protocol from Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2012, and Air Defense Systems Integrator from L-3 Communications in 2012. Brenden also possesses a Secret Government Security Clearance.
