Rachel Hicks has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Front Desk Coordinator at Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics since April 2021, Rachel previously held positions such as Bar Manager/Partner at Old School Bar and Grill, where responsibilities included staff hiring, training, and creating a positive atmosphere. As Co-Owner of A Rachelsā€™ Touch, Rachel was involved in fundraising events for children with medical disabilities, including the Stryker Chili Cook Off and Old School Annual Crawfish Boil. Additional experience includes roles as Bartender at Cajun Steamer Bar & Grill, General Manager at Urban Outfitters, and District Sales Manager at WET SEAL RETAIL INC, where Rachel managed multiple stores and trained management teams. Rachel's educational background includes attending Jefferson State Community College from 2007 to 2009.
