Messaoud CHAA has over a decade of experience in the electronics sector, currently serving as Responsable Soutien Technique and Chargé de la gestion du Laboratoire Recherches et Développement at Condor Algérie, where responsibilities include overseeing technical support and managing R&D labs for electronic products. Prior experience includes a role as Ingénieur hardware at SPA Géant Electronics, focusing on after-sales service for electronic products. Messaoud CHAA holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in electronic engineering from Université Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi, along with various certifications in technical writing and professional English from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion D'Annaba and Institut National de la Productivité et du Développement Industriel, respectively, as well as a technical training program certificate from TCL Training Center in China.
