Lay Teng Yew, CTRP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President at SP Group since July 2008. With a progressive career at SP Group, Lay Teng Yew has held various roles including Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, and Manager in Human Resources. Prior to this, Lay Teng Yew worked as an ER/IR Advisor at Shell Oil Company for a brief period in early 2008 and held positions at SP PowerGrid Ltd from 2003 to 2008, including Assistant Manager and Management Associate. Lay Teng Yew holds a Bachelor of Engineering with 2nd Upper Honours in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
