Utkarsh has previous experience as a Principal Technical Support Engineer and Senior Consultant in technical support, specializing in supporting SAS Performance Management solutions. Prior to SAS, Utkarsh worked at TCS China as a Software Engineer, developing and supporting Java/J2EE based web applications for GE. Utkarsh holds a Masters in Computers and IT from Gujarat University, along with a Bachelor's in Computers.
