Ian Neiva is an experienced project management analyst at SOWITEC GROUP, specializing in the management of wind, photovoltaic, and green hydrogen projects since August 2020. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence with investors and participating in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Ian served as a regulatory affairs analyst, focusing on regulatory processes and coordination with agencies such as ANEEL, EPE, ONS, and CCEE. Ian's early career included internships in project management at SEINFRA - Secretaria de Infraestrutura da Bahia and in engineering at Syene Empreendimentos. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Católica do Salvador, completed in June 2022.
