Nayana Ayachit is a skilled developer currently working at Sovereign Insurance since February 2022. Nayana possesses extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector, including a position as Sharepoint Developer with the Government of Manitoba from June to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Manager and Assistant Manager in Capital Analytics at EY from August 2015 to March 2020, as well as a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting from February 2014 to March 2015. Nayana began a career as a Technical Analyst at Infosys from June 2013 to January 2014 and held leadership roles such as Project Lead and Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies from June 2006 to February 2012. Nayana holds a PGDBA in Operations Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
