Kent Haley is an accomplished Senior Commercial Underwriter at The Sovereign General Insurance Company, where employment began in June 2018. Previously, Kent held various underwriting roles, including Trading Underwriter and Senior Underwriter for Global Specialty Lines at RSA from September 2013 to June 2018, and Senior Energy Underwriter at Zurich North America from June 2012 to September 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Underwriter for Commercial Lines at Aviva Canada and returning to The Sovereign General Insurance Company in a senior commercial underwriting capacity from July 2007 to July 2011, along with a foundational role as Commercial Underwriter at ING from January 2003 to July 2007. Kent holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Memorial University, obtained between 1990 and 1997.
