Sophia Hödl is currently a Junior Product Manager at Sova Assessment since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia served as Client Success Lead for Europe and Client Success Manager DACH at MOVEMEON, focusing on account management for a diverse portfolio of key clients in search of talent from a network of consultants and professionals. Experience includes volunteering as the Global Head of Marketing for Project Access and an internship at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where economic and financial policies of the European Union were monitored and analyzed. Educational qualifications include a Diploma Degree in Law from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, a Master of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and English and American Studies from the University of Vienna, along with studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and the University of Ottawa.
