Clarence Howard, PMP, CSM has over 20 years of work experience in project management roles. Clarence is currently serving as the ITS Portfolio Director at Southwire Company since September 2022. Before this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager for the same company from November 2020 to September 2022. Prior to joining Southwire Company, Clarence operated their own consulting firm, C Howard Consulting, LLC, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager from January 2017 to November 2020.

Before starting their own consulting business, Clarence worked at IBM as a Project Manager from March 2011 to November 2016. Clarence also served as a Project Manager at Cooper Industries from November 2007 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, Clarence worked as a Project Manager at Fujitsu Consulting, where they were responsible for various project management activities for SAP upgrade projects.

In addition to their project management roles, Clarence has held positions such as Field Service Manager at Oversight Systems Inc, Project Manager at Fujitsu Consulting Limited, Principal at Technology Solutions Company, and Manager at Domtar. At Domtar, they led multiple SAP projects, including the consolidation of order entry systems into one SAP system.

Clarence's work experience also includes leading the MM/PP/SD technical support team at Georgia-Pacific, where they enhanced and maintained SAP systems and led development projects for custom BW Infocubes.

Clarence Howard attended Mount Saint Mary College from 1982 to 1986. Clarence obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021 and their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
